NPC.guide is a programmable human-actuator network. An autonomous agent — Op2 — qualifies applicants, assigns work, verifies outcomes, and pays workers. The economic loop is ordinary: someone needs a task done in the real world; a person does it; the work is verified; they get paid. What's different is that the coordination — dispatch, QA, reporting — is run by the agent at a fraction of the usual cost, and verification is the default, not a premium.
We publish exactly how much the agent is trusted to do on its own. Today we're at Level 4 — categorical pre-action: Op2 proposes, the principal (Op1) ratifies sensitive decisions before they execute, and routine ones auto-act. As trust accrues, decision classes graduate to automatic and the level falls toward zero.
